Air Source Heat Pump Servicing & Maintenance

“As an owner of an Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) you already have the heating system of the future. To ensure you are getting the maximum performance from your Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) system throughout its working life it is important to arrange regular service & maintenance."

Regular service & maintenance will not only ensure that your heat pump system is operating correctly but also comply with the terms & conditions of any manufacturer warranty and any on-going obligations to Government Incentive schemes such as the Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI).

Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHPs) are of course a significant investment but like all mechanical equipment subject to occasional breakdown. An Aspen Renewables Ltd service plan will give you the peace of mind that in the event of a breakdown, a qualified engineer is only a phone call away.

Aspen Renewables have been installing air to water heat pumps for over 10 years so you can be confident that our experienced and highly skilled engineers are the no. 1 choice for all your heat pump service and maintenance needs.

Terms & conditions apply.

Non-Aspen installations will require a ‘validation visit’ to ensure that the system is correct prior to entering into a service plan.

Prices for ‘non-standard’ installations such as cascade systems, non-domestic applications, or DX split heat pump systems may vary and will require a system specific quotation.

Costs of any replacement parts will be subject to the warranty status of the installed equipment.

Call-out attendance times will depend upon level of calls, engineer availability, weather, and traffic delays.

Whilst correct maintenance of an ASHP system is recommended it does not provide a guarantee against breakdown or failure in the future.
