Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) Scheme Changes


The Department of Business Energy and Industrial Strategy has just announced some significant changes to the Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) scheme:

ASHP RHI payment will increase from 7.51p/kWh to 10.021p/kWh, an increase of over 33%. New rates do not take effect until 1st April 2017 but any installation between now and then will automatically move onto the higher rate in April.
